CUBA’s Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics offers complex educational programs, contributing to the Comenius University‘s mission of enhancing creative knowledge, education and research in the respected scientific disciplines. The Faculty also provides several interdisciplinary study programs (e.g. Biomedical Physics, and Bioinformatics).

Unlike other research institutions of a kind, the Faculty independently decides on research goals and orientation of its study programmes. It has attained and maintains its identity as a research and education facility of highest international standard.
